Cooking Workshops

For two days enjoy learning about the organic and vegetarian food that we serve at Hotel Posada del Valle.
An informal hands-on course taught by mother & daughter, Joann and Samantha Burch, with a maximum of 6 participants.
There will be about 3 to 4 hours cookery classes each day with lots of opportunity to cook and eat.
There will also be the possibility to visit the farm and discuss different aspects of food production and food sourcing.
Workshop Fees
  • 175 Euros per person in a single room
  • 280 Euros for two people sharing a double room


Price includes: 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 2 evening meals, 2 x 4 hours tuition
