  • In 2008 we achieved the "Alimentación ecológica y biodiversidad" award for being the enterprise in the hotel and restaurant sector which best uses organic food in their gastronomic offer, on behalf of the Spanish Ministry for the Environment in association with Fundación Biodiversidad.
